Almyrkvi
Dimma is an Icelandic rock/metal band based in Reykjavik. Dimma was founded in 2004 and the band has released five studio albums. The band is made up of four members: Stefán Jakopsson (vocals), Ingó Geirdal (guitar), Egill Örn Rafnsson (drummer) and Silli Geirdal (bass). Dimma took for the first time part in Söngvakeppnin 2020 and they placed second after Daði og Gagnamagnið with their song Almyrkvi, which was performed in Icelandic. It is interesting to note that four members of Dimma have taken part in Söngvakeppnin before; in the performance of Fyrir þig (2007) and in the performance of Flower of Fire (2008).
